After helping Ringo with her chocolates, Kathy had commandeered the kitchen to make her own Valentines Day treats. Which was why Ringo would find a basket full of mini strawberry tarts and a gift certificate to Letty's boutique.

On Wednesday morning, Ringo'd find a bunch of sports drinks sitting outside her door, and a card that read, in mostly-legible chicken scratch:

Shiemi didn't have a personal phone, so she'd pleaded with hotel staff to let her make a long-distance call. "Seeeemmmpaiiiiiiiii?! Where aaaaare you?" Her voice was fairly shaking. She hadn't seen Ringo-Sempai at the Portal and couldn't find her anywhere in the hotel... And now it was after dinner and still no sempai! They were supposed to be on the spring break trip together and they were going to have fun and Sempai was going to help Shiemi with her new swimsuit and and and "Seeeempaaaaaaaaaaaaaiiiii."
